Phoenix Advisors was founded in 2004 to fulfill the unmet needs of schools and government by providing expert assistance in issuing debt and financial and budget management.

Phoenix was merged into First Security Municipal Advisors, Inc. (“FSMA”) at the end of 2024.  FSMA is a multi-brand Municipal Advisory firm headquartered out of Little Rock, Arkansas, that is registered to do business as Phoenix Advisors in New Jersey and Connecticut.

We work with local governments and school boards who will benefit from having a Wall Street level of experience and service on their side. Phoenix Advisors is a seasoned, bright and creative team of professionals who will effectively help you reach your goals.

Our professionals have backgrounds working with governmental entities of all sizes, we're especially well-versed in areas of debt issuance.
