Sherry Tracey, Senior Managing Director, is a founding shareholder and member of the management committee of Phoenix Advisors. With more than two decades of experience working with municipalities, school districts, and local and state authorities, Ms. Tracey is an expert in financial analysis and post-issuance compliance. Sherry is certificated as a School Business Administrator and leads our Redevelopment Practice. Prior to founding Phoenix Advisors, Sherry was an investment banker with Commerce Capital Markets and is a graduate of The College of New Jersey with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing.
