Clifford Horner, an Analyst, joined Phoenix Advisors, L.L.C. in May of 2020 as an intern. He started as a full-time Analyst after college graduation in the Spring of 2021. Mr. Horner's responsibilities include market & industry research, rating agency presentations, and assisting in processing bond and note transactions.  He supports our Continuing Disclosure department in posting relevant notices and assembling operating data for clients' EMMA filings. He actively provides insight to Phoenix Advisors Municipal Information & Management Interface (MIMI), our proprietary database. Mr. Horner has a degree from The College of New Jersey with a major in Marketing. He holds certificates relating to SQL from Cornell University.
