Bryan Morris, Managing Director, joined Phoenix Advisors in April 2016. He has over a decade of experience working with municipalities, counties, school districts, and local/state authorities. Bryan’s areas of expertise include complex debt issuance, quantitative analysis, debt restructuring, economic redevelopment, and credit research. Before joining Phoenix Advisors in 2016, he was a senior vice president at a financial services firm, providing financial advisory and investment banking services to municipal clients in the northeast region. Bryan graduated from The College of New Jersey with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration-Finance.
