Denise Baxter brings over thirty years of public finance experience to Phoenix Advisors, where she has been a valued member of the team since 2012. Ms. Baxter leads the firm’s lease financing practice and provides analytical support for traditional bond and note issuances. In addition, she plays a key role in Phoenix Advisors’ expanding Continuing Disclosure practice and oversees the firm’s office operations, including administrative management, internal coordination, and day-to-day operational efficiency. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Education from Rowan University.
