Brian P. Boyle, Research Consultant, brings over 35 years of experience in public education, 18 of which were as School Business Administrator in two New Jersey school districts. Mr. Boyle was involved in the sale of several initial bond issues as well as refinancing debt to reduce costs for the districts. Mr. Boyle remains committed to school business administration as he teaches courses in School Plant Planning and Food Service to aspiring School Business Administrators. Mr. Boyle holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from St Joseph's University in Philadelphia and a Masters in Business Administration in Finance from the Rutgers Graduate School of Management, Newark, New Jersey.
