Sherry L. Tracey, Senior Managing Director, has more than two decades of experience working with municipalities, school districts, and local and state authorities, Ms. Tracey is an expert in financial analysis and post-issuance compliance. Sherry is certificated as a School Business Administrator and leads our Redevelopment Practice. She is a graduate of The College of New Jersey with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing.
